Jenis-Jenis Bahan Kaos

Di postingan pertama saya pada blog ini, saya ingin membahas tentang jenis-jenis bahan yang biasa dipakai atau digunakan saat ini. baiklah untuk bahan yang pertama kita akan bahas yaitu :

1. KATUN (cotton combed 20s, 24s, 30s)

Bahan katun combed terbuat murni 100% dari serat kapas alami. Bahan combed berkarakteristik memiliki tekstur yang halus, dingin, nyaman, dan menyerap keringat, sehingga sangat nyaman dan cocok dipakai di Negara tropis seperti Indonesia. Kain Combed memiliki serat benang yang lebih halus dan rata sehingga penampilannya akan menjadi lebih halus , rata dan rapih. Ada beberapa jenis kain combed yang ada di pasaran. Hal ini dibedakan berdasarkan jenis benang yang digunakan serta setting gramasinya (gr/m2). Kami menyediakan 3 varian combed, Ada combed 20s, 24s, 30s. hal yang membedakan adalah ketebalan kain combed. Kain 20s memiliki ketebalan yang paling tebal, sedangkan combed 30s memiliki ketebalan yang paling tipis. Kain Combed 20s merupakan kain yang paling banyak dipakai dan menjadi favorit kaos distro karena selain kenyamanan ketika digunakan, harganya juga tidak mahal.

Combed material characteristic have a smooth texture, cool, comfortable and absorbs sweat, so it is very convenient and suits worn in tropical countries like Indonesia. Combed fabric has fibers yarn smooth and flat so that his performance will be more smooth, flat and clean. There are several types of combed fabrics that are on the market. It is distinguishable on the basis of the type of yarn used as well as the setting weight of   the per gram (gr/m2). There are 3 variants of combed ie 20s, 24s, 30s. the thing that differentiates is the thickness of the fabric is combed. The fabric has the most thickness 20s thick, whereas combed 30s have the thickness of the thinnest. Combed  fabric 20s most fabric is used and is a favorite of material distro because in addition to comfort when in use, the price is also not expensive.

Dibandingkan dengan kain combed , kain cotton cardet memiliki serat benang yang kurang halus. Kain cardet merupakan kain KW1 nya kain combed sehingga Hasil rajutan dan penampilan bahan kurang halus dan kurang rata. karena harganya relatif lebih murah dibandingkan cotton combed, bahan cotton cardet sering digunakan untuk kaos-kaos dengan target pasar kelas menengah, misalnya untuk kaos pabrik, seragam buruh, dan juga kaos oblong olahraga.

3. POLYESTER dan PE

Polyester sesuai namanya, merupakan bahan serat sintetis yang terbuat dari bahan ester (dalam hal ini hasil sampingan minyak buni dan dibuat bahan berupa serat fiberpoly). Dibandingkan katun, kain jenis ini lebih tipis, agak kasar, dan tidak bisa menyerap keringat sehingga sangat panas ketika dipakai.

4. TC (TETERON COTTON)

seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, terpengaruh juga teknologi pengolahan bahan kain. Banyak bahan kain hasil dari penggabungan katun dan Polyester, salah satunya adalah TC. Jenis bahan ini merupakan campuran dari 35% cotton combed dan 65% polyester. TC ini seperti PE, terasas panas ketika memakainya karena kurang bisa menyerap keringat. Namun kelebihannya bahan ini lebih tahan kusut, dan tidak mudah melar meski sudah lama dipakai.

Along with the advancement of technology, processing technology also affected the fabric. Many fabric results from the merger of cotton and Polyester, one of them is TC. This type of material is a mixture of 35% combed cotton and 65% polyester. TC is like PE, feels the heat when wearing it because it is less able to absorb perspiration. But the advantage of this material is more resistant to tangle, and not easy to loose even though it has long worn.

5. VISCOSE

Viscose biasa juga disebut rayon. Sebuah bahan serat sintesa celulosa organic (buatan manusia) yang biasa digunakan sebagai bahan kain. Teksturnya memiliki kesamaan dengan tekstur kapas. Viscose biasanya digunakan untuk menambahkan kenyamanan pada serat sintesis dan juga menambah kecerahan warna. Serat Viscose mempunyai tahanan kelembaban yang lebih tinggi, kecemerlangan warna yang lebih baik dan lebih lembut dibanding kapas. Namun kain ini terkesan mewah, sehingga harganya mahal dan jarang tersedia di pasaran.

Viscose rayon is also called regular. A fiber material synthesis cellulose organic (man-made) that is commonly used as the fabric. Textures have in common with the texture of cotton. Viscose is typically used to add comfort on fiber synthesis and also adds to the brightness of the color. Viscose fibers have higher moisture, better color brilliance and softer than cotton. But this fabric impressed luxury, so they're expensive and seldom available in the market.

6. CVC ( COTTON VISCOSE)

Jenis bahan kaos ini adalah campuran dari 55% Cotton Combed dan 45% Viscose. Kelebihan dari bahan ini adalah tingkat shrinkage-nya (susut pola) lebih kecil dari bahan Cotton. Jenis bahan ini juga bersifat menyerap keringat.

Types of the t-shirt is a blend of 55% cotton and 45% Viscose combing. The advantage of this material is the rate of depreciation (depreciation patterns) smaller than the cotton material. Types of materials also absorb sweat.

7. HYGET

Jenis bahan ini terbuat dari plastic dan sangat tipis, oleh karena itu harganya sangat murah. Namun bahan ini, bisa dibilang kurang layak dan nyaman untuk dijadikan kaos. Biasanya pembuatan kaos dengan bahan ini dilakukan jika ingin membuat kaos dengan jumlah massal tetapi dana yang tersedia tidak terlalu banyak. Bahan ini banyak digunakan untuk keperluan kampanye partai.
